#WalkWithTom

Would you like to hang out with some Green Bay Packers?

Would you like to help a good cause by getting some exercise?

Would you like a chance to win some once-in-a-lifetime prizes?

Here’s the event for you.

Join Tom and Chelsea, a few of Tom’s close friends and other Packer fans in a JDRF walk to cure Type-1 diabetes. On May 5th, at the Brown County fairgrounds, thousands of people will walk to help raise awareness for a disease the Tom’s wife Chelsea has lived with nearly her entire life.

The event is free to register and attend, but in addition to raising awareness, Tom has formed his own walk team “Team Crabtree” to help raise donations that go directly to JDRF.

But what about those prizes…

“Dear Mr. Crabtree,

My name is Spencer. I am 10 years old. I met you at the JDRF family Rally. I have Type 1 Diabetes and it stinks!! But meeting you and your wife was awesome!

Thank you so much for signing all my stuff and for talking to me on Sunday. You are a really tough football guy and you have a huge neck!!!!

My sister is 9 years old and she loves you. I don’t really like girls except for my mom, my best friend Maddie and your wife. Chelsea told me she played soccer, volleyball and was a cheerleader and I know she was really good because she is tough. I know she is tough because of the diabetes and because she is a mom, and good moms are tough!!

Thanks for helping find Chelseas and my cure. You are my FAVORITE Packer Guy! I am your #1 fan because you are a Packer and because you are an awesome guy!! Tell Chelsea I said HI and take care of her…it is nice to have help when you have diabetes.

I will see you at the Green Bay Diabetes Walk in May. I will be wearing a blue shirt with a baseball glove that says “Spencer’s Crew”.

Thanks again!!!

Your Good Friend,

Spencer Faulkes”
